Homemade Sushi

Made this for my husband's lunch last week. First time making the "inside out" rice, sushi OR should I say "Uramaki" hehe.. Not easy tho.

Avocado. 1st time handling avocado. Cut into slices for the filling.

Husband was shocked when I deliver this bento to him the other day.
